'MossyHarbor' commenced with a vision: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, our pizza shop originated as a quaint, kin-operated venture with recipes passed down generations.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor of our brand, picked up authentic pizza-craft on her voyages throughout Italy, mentored by Neapolitan pizza masters. After returning to the UK, she set out to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to time-honored techniques and opting for top-notch ingredients.
From a simple start as a 12-seater eatery, we've flourished into a cherished local fixture, yet our dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and authenticity stands firm. We persist in employing classic wood oven methods, preparing our dough fresh each day, and sourcing the choicest components available.
Presently, 'MossyHarbor' remains under the stewardship of the Bianchi family's second generation, who continue to guide our zealous crew. While we’ve integrated some modern updates, the core of our enterprise stays unchanged: forging delectable, authentic pizza that draws people closer.
